You will learn the meridians connected to each season and the important point protocols to use to prevent and treat potential problems connected to each season
You will learn to use techniques such as Acupressure,Ear Acupressure, Guasha, Compresses, Essential Oils, Moxibustion, cupping to treat and prevent disorders of the seasons
You will learn how to support organ and meridian function to create health and wellbeing in your life.
You will sample essential oils, herbs. teas and foods for each season
You will create a health-building toolbox for yourself and your family.
